Being in connection is the most natural state of all living beings.

 

Before we were born and entered this plane of illusions, we were in a realm of unity, where our consciousness perceived wholeness as a pure energy of love, experiencing everything and everyone as part of the same source.
 

When we got into this perception of reality we experience today, we started deeply believing that everything was separated. The biggest disconnection we experienced was in the moment that we started to forget about our deepest truth of BEING PURE LOVE. This energy that everything is made of, is our true nature and we aim to get back to that consciousness again!

For this year of 2023, Therapy Fest chooses this theme in order to remind ourselves that we can live in a state of connection and are able to perceive life with a more open heart allowing us to feel more gratitude for everything around us, and also to feel happier for the simple fact of being alive. This tremendous gift of life need to be celebrated in community, so we all can remember what are we all here for and why in this life time.

This is the proposal we have created for you this year, a space to open our hearts together, a time to connect with yourself, with the people around you, with the nature that surrounds that magical and beautiful place that hosts another edition of TF. Through artistic elements we intend to stimulate your creative being and the connection between you and the environment.

This is an electronic music festival featuring different artists from Mozambique, South Africa, Portugal, and other countries, with a range of fusion based live acts influenced by afro, tribal and other styles.

Right parallel we have a beautiful healing space, inviting you to go deeper on your inner journey, well-being and to share with other like-minded people. We will have different workshops, classes, presentations and therapies, where you can offer some learning, healing and regenerating time to yourself.

This year’s festival location will be in Maragra, an hour and half away from Maputo, Mozambique’s capital. We are located right beside the beach, where you also can have some time to relax, and allow yourself to stop from your busy days and literally rest and do nothing.
